The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) is the largest, most comprehensive baking industry event in the Western Hemisphere. Welcoming professionals from every segment of the baking industry and in every role, it consequently has a very full and rich roster of partners.

Therefore, we couldn’t miss being present at an edition of this prestigious event. MODALITA will be at booth #345, in partnership with top brands like BRAVO NORTH AMERICA and IFI AMERICA. Moreover, we have a wide variety of high quality products to show you, from displays to professional machines for the production of gelato. So, if you are a professional in the gelato industry, you cannot miss our exhibit.

In addition, we’ll be there for all four days of the event (from the 8th to the 11th of September), so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to come see us at our booth, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
