After the incredible success of the first Dolce & Salato Fest, we are thrilled to announce a Second, Bigger Edition of the first NYC’s B2B event entirely focused on the very best Italian food masterpieces!
This highly anticipated second edition of D&SF is coming on October 24th, 2024. Due to the tremendous and unpredicted turnout of last year’s event, we decided to take things to the next level, switching from our showroom to a bigger and more vibrant venue in the heart of Manhattan.
Dolce & Salato Fest 2024 therefore will be held at 155 Sullivan St., in SoHo, an iconic venue for showcasing the best Italian culinary traditions and food industry innovations.
Whether you’re a seasoned Italian food professional or an aspiring entrepreneur, this event promises to be even more impactful, creating numerous opportunities to connect, learn, and grow in the world of Italian cuisine.
This year’s festival will be hosting an even larger number of participants, chefs, and sponsors. You can then expect a number of live demonstrations, interactive sessions, and business networking opportunities, all under one roof.
By attending, you’ll have the chance to see top Italian chefs in action, explore the latest culinary innovations, and connect with like-minded professionals.
And as always, at Modalita we can’t wait to see this festival grow into a larger, more impactful gathering of Italian food culture!

What’s New for Dolce & Salato Fest 2024?
Dolce & Salato Fest 2024 is set to offer a more immersive experience, with several exciting updates designed to deliver even more value to our attendees.
1. Bigger Space, More Opportunities
Firstly, as we have already said, this year’s event moves to a larger venue in SoHo, offering more space for demonstrations, networking, and sponsor showcases. The new venue will in fact allow us to host a greater number of chefs, exhibitors, and visitors.
You can thus expect even more live demonstrations, interactive sessions, and business networking opportunities, all under one roof.
2. Expanded Demonstrations
Due to popular demand, we’ve expanded our schedule to offer more demonstrations in pizza making, pasta crafting, gelato artistry, and pastry creation. Our team has then invited top-tier chefs, including some returning favorites and exciting new faces.
Confirmed chefs include:
- Sabrina Mancin for gelato
- Nicola Olivieri with his iconic panettone
- Ciro Iovine with his Neapolitan pizza
But expect new sessions on Roman-style pizza, modern pasta techniques, and innovative uses of Italian ingredients in the U.S. market.
Stay tuned for the upcoming list and demo schedule!
3. More Networking Opportunities
Dolce & Salato Fest is more than just a culinary showcase. We have crafted it indeed as a hub for building partnerships.
This year, we’re dedicating much more space to entrepreneurs, chefs, and suppliers to network and discuss collaboration opportunities. From equipment suppliers to ingredient producers, everyone will find valuable connections to expand their own business.
4. Sponsor Innovations and Exhibitions
Top Italian equipment brands and food suppliers will display the latest products and innovations. Attendees will thus have a chance to see cutting-edge machinery for pizzerias, gelaterias, and pastry shops.
